I specialize in photographing homes. I provide professional quality HDR (High Dynamic Range) photographs. HDR techniques result in photographs with a broad range of light, maintaining more detail in the lighter and darker ranges than non-HDR photography. The goal is to create photographs that show what our eyes see, to best represent the home.
My rates are not for a specific quantity of photographs. When I photograph a house my goal is to take as many photographs as are needed to show the entire house in the best light (pardon the pun). My rates assume travel time of less than 30 minutes (each way) - additional travel time would require some adjustment, on a case by case basis.
This covers homes up to 2,000 square feet. Depending on the size of the house, number of rooms, landscaping, etc., you will receive from about 20 to 35 photos. For really small homes, that I can photograph fairly quickly I will typically give some sort of discount.
This covers homes between 2,000 and 3,000 Square feet. Depending on the number of rooms, landscaping, etc., you will receive from about 35 to 45 photos.
This covers homes between 3,000 and 4,000 Square feet. Depending on the number of rooms, landscaping, etc., you will receive from about 40 to 60 photos.
My practice it to email you finished, upload ready files, by midnight, the same day the photos are taken. I maintain hi-resolution copies of the files should you require those. I can put them on a flash drive and deliver them to you, for a small fee, depending on your location.
I am using the Matterport platform. Matterport seems to be the most popular platform for Real Estate virtual tours, and the quality is excellent.
The pricing is as follows, but keep in mind I will be giving a $25 discount if you have me do listing photos along with the virtual tour:
Up to 2000 sqft = $125
Between 2002 & 3500 sqft = $150
Between 3501 & 5000 sqft = $175
Between 5001 & 7500 sqft = $200
These prices including hosting of the tour, on the Matterport website (only option available currently), for a year, or until the house is sold/cancelled/expired, whichever occurs first.
